Installation

Installation is the most important part of setting up a workstation or service and must therefore be carried out with care by qualified personnel.

On the strength of its consolidated experience in both the Telecom and broadcasting sectors, the Lecce-based company Mediatronic is able to offer its customers a professional and complete 360-degree service, which includes:

transport of materials to the site
installation of machinery and equipment;
installation of systems (electrical system and remote alarms);
equipment testing.

All of the above services are performed by our team with the valuable support of reliable and trained companies.

You can turn to us for both new installations and partial installations on existing sites.

Maintenance

In addition to offering installation services, Mediatronic also maintains radio networks. Specifically, we provide the following services

ordinary maintenance: periodically our personnel, with a frequency that varies depending on the equipment, carry out the cleaning of systems, equipment and workstations, while for broadcasting equipment they carry out calibrations, check radio-electric parameters and verify antennas, thus guaranteeing greater stability and efficiency of the systems. We perform this service both on our own stations and on third party stations;
extraordinary maintenance: in the event of a breakdown or malfunction, our team of specialised technicians promptly assesses the problem and restores service in a very short time;
spare parts warehouse and replacement machine service: for all equipment, Mediatronic provides a well-stocked spare parts warehouse and a large fleet of machines; in this way we can offer customers replacement machines to use in the event of a breakdown. With this service, we are able to minimise downtime in the event of a breakdown and the consequent loss of profitability of the systems;
network monitoring/measures: by means of remote control, Mediatronic is able to remotely monitor the status of broadcasting type systems and promptly rectify any faults or abnormal situations. We also offer our customers equipment and means for service quality measurements, e.g. for checking the signal at scheduled intervals over the main locations included in the service area.
